Hello, I’m Westen! For the last 5 years, I’ve led product development and creative direction at my startup Soilless. Alongside my entrepreneurial work, I have experience freelancing as a Digital/Industrial Designer. Before that, I developed life-saving medical devices at Ximedica and Johnson & Johnson.

My core values are a focus on value-driven work, continual improvement of process, and a commitment to finding opportunity in every outcome. When I’m not working you’ll find me playing video games with friends, walking my dog Luna, or refining my meal-prep recipes.
